There's a relatively new book out called Safe at Home. It's about the breaking of the color line in minor league baseball in the South in 1953 and 1954. This summer I've (I'm the author) I've toured the South, talking on the air with nearly 25 minor league play-by-play announcers about the book. Would sure love to have take a look at it. You can see a few reviews and read an excerpt at my website: www.richarddoster.com.

Thanks so much.
